Depends on how long it's been since he called you; if it hasn't been longer than a day or two, don't worry...he has a life, and I hope you do , too. It's funny that no one else has pointed out that you put this question under the category of "Dogs". Is that like a Freudian slip??

Give him his space. If you're too clingy, he'll do more than not call. If he continues to not call, then take the hint and break up with him before he breaks up with you.

I'm presuming you entered this question under "DOGS" for a reason......he is one maybe?
Although dogs are alot more loyal generally.
I suggest you dont phone him and move on to other lampposts....sorry
umm....but seriously, if he cant get off his azzie to make a phonecall...not like you asking him to come over, or go for a date or anything as strenuous as that, then he REALLY isnt worth your time. move on girl, just move on!

just wait for him to call a little longer maybe he is just bussy or something like that and after a while call him and dont be mad or anything stay calm and say you are woired becaused you havent called me..... and so on

after a date or something, say, "Alright, bye! Call me!" that would work because maybe he doesn't know that you want him to call. maybe he's new at relationships. but if he doesn't call you, even after you asked him to, i would talk with him. but really, if he doesn't call you, it isn't really that big of a deal! just call him and he might take a hint...
