First of all, what a stupid question.
Next, if a pre-ressurection Jesus were here, then, yes, He could microwave a burrito so hot even He couldn't eat it. After all, He was human.
Lastly, a post-ressurection Jesus would mean that He was imbued with the power of the Divine, so, no, a microwave wouldn't be able to heat up a burrito so hot that He couldn't eat it.

I think the answer depends more on the power of the microwave oven and the chemical characteristics of the burrito than on anything else.

Jesus was entirely human, you know: " at once complete in Godhead and complete in manhood, truly God and truly man, ... like us in all respects, apart from sin...." (definition of the Union of the Divine and Human Natures in the Person of Christ, Council of Chalcedon, 451 AD.)

If I can make a burrito so hot that I can't eat it, or if Jesus can, then he (or I) can make one so hot he can't eat it.
