My granny used to say that either you are going thru a growing spurt or you body is missing something, and until t gets its fill of wat it needs you will continue to eat everything! Just give it a little time, then make yourself eat better.

Maybe if you write down every thing you eat for a few days you will actually see all of the calories and get a shock. I pretty much did the same thing after a surgery ( to get my strength back) it
quickly became a habit and I had 10 extra lbs to lose. It is harder
to lose than it is to gain!! I also used slim fast once a day. I am very careful with my eating habits now.
Good Luck.

First of all, don't worry about it. I'm 40 and I still have that happen. It's usually close to my period if it does. Women all over the world has this happen to them at least once or twice in their lifetime. Just give it a few weeks. If it doesn't let up after three weeks, talk to your dr. Chances are, the urge to munch will go away in week or two.
My son is 11 and when it's close to a growth spurt he will eat almost anything not nailed down, so to speak. After a week or two the growth spurt comes and he's back to normal eating.

I have phases like that, but it seems like I eat mainly out of boredom when that happens. If you eat healthy then there is less of a chance that you will feel the need to eat throughout the day. Just make sure to stock your house with only healthy stuff if this becomes a big problem. If there is no junk food in your house, then you will not be able to splurge on it.

well, as long as you are a decent weight and don't gain too much I'd just eat it. Your body may just need it.
If you feel you need to control it...
get rid of it so it's not around to eat. drink tons of water so you won't have room. keep busy so you don't have time. don't deprive yourself of it or you will binge and eat more than you normally would-allow yourself a little!
Also, I've found that after cutting out junk food, it's hard at first but after a while your body just stops craving it and it doesn't sound so good anymore...just gotta tough it out.

Ahhh, the old "Seefood Diet". Increase your water intake. Often, the body thinks its hungry when it is actually thirsty. Also, you may want to make sure you don't have a problem with your pituitary gland (where your hunger center originates), thyroid, or pregnancy. Are you bored? I find when I am bored, I tend to eat everything in sight. Also, around my monthly cycle, I get hungry, too.

Yikes, I'm the same way- love to eat. You could try replacing your desire to eat anything you see with always eating a piece of fruit or a vegetable instead of what you see. Or distract yourself by doing something else like youre nails, or wash your hair, or go for a walk.

Try to intake several small snacks during the day, instead of three huge meals. Perhaps tapering off a snack here and there til you can control it. Good Luck!

Imagine yourself load up with 200 lbs...and having diabetes , high blood pressure or having breast cancer... and look at the food on your hands...Ummm....good source for chlorestoral... and if you still put it in your mouth...you just eat it and having fun with diet program later after you put on some weights
P.S if you really wanna control yourself not to eat bad junk food... Don't have them around...too easy to be tempted...save the money that you but junk for some cute dress or new shoes...or traveling abroad...better way to spend money on... have good snack around...you would love to have fun in life... get good snack with no crabs...no carbs...

food is good for you. body cravings are usually to fill some need of the body - your body needs the proper fuel and nutrients to do what it does so well. try to help it along and pinpoint exactly WHAT your body is craving. your body can be fighting off some disease, it can be repairing some damaged organ, or adapting to some lifestyle change you don't even realize you've made.

Ask yourself if your eating because your bored or feeling lonely or depressed, or are you really hungry?
If your really hungry then eat bacause your body is telling you that it needs more calories.
If its because of the other reasons find something else to do to keep you busy.
