I think God doesn't approve of religion - it makes him look bad!

Allah is not the same God. The attributes of Allah that the Qu-ran describes are not even close to that of Yaweh. With Allah, there is no standard of grace, if he chooses to curse you, he will, even if you are a devout muslim. He established no provision of grace through Jesus, according to Islam, Jesus was just a prophet. Muslims teach that Allah is relatively impersonal, Jesus is all about being personal, His spirit indwells His people.
Muslims must "earn" salvation from sin, God provided a means through the sacrifice Jesus made. Allah does not love those who do wrong, Jesus said that He died for the sinner.
Finally, the Bible is quite clear on the triune nature of God who embodies the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Islam's Allah does not.

Allah is not the Christian God, for many reasons. One of which being this: Jesus. Muslims regard Him as a "great teacher", and nothing more. On the flip side, we, as Christians know that He is the Son of God, our Lord and King, and that He came down from heaven to go through suffering so that we could be reconciled to God.

Name differs from culture to culture and language to language from language but the concept of ONE God doesn't in many religions.
Poor whynotaskdon has really lost his mind about some "moon god" but in reality Muslims believe in the same ONE God who created everything.
Quran and prophet Muhammed gave us a word Allah to be used with other 99 other attributes for the sake of unity.

You go to any part of the world, any culture or place a different language is spoken and you will findout that while they might not know who Jahowah or Jesus is but sure go know what Allah is.

There are still few sad souls who will argu to the last breath that Muslims' God is not same as others but anyone with common sense can findout the concept of God in Islam and will also report people like whynotaskdon.

To the person who says Christian God's only name is Johowah would please explain why exactly Jesus said "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabach-thani?" instead of "Johowah, Johowah, lama sabach-thani?"
Doesn't Allah doesn't sounds similar to Eloi?

The Prophet Mohammad did say that 'Allah' is the same Christian/Jewish God. However, some Muslims argue that Christians worship a different God...I doubt it. What's in a name anyway...Allah, Jehovah, Jah....one God...he really has no name..you know?

Muslim and Christian, are just labels.

Christians in the middle east say Allah and not God. Allah = Aramaic term for God. So don't be confused like the many other so called Christians into believing that Allah is a different deity to God.

Also one more point i'd like to make:

Jews denied Christ
Christians and Jews denied Muhammed
Muslims accept Christians and Jews

So it is wise and right to be a Muslim.

He want's you to believe in his prophets and his Talmud, Bible and Qu'ran which he hath sent to you.

Simple.

languages can not define God.God or Allah has no brands like Muslims or Christians . It is the human mind which has created divisions and conditions which are political in nature .LOVE is the only religion which God created. The vibrations of LOVE are neither christian or Muslim.

I am under the impression that the reason there are so many religions, is that there are so many gods. All of these "lesser gods" are subject to the authority of the Supreme God. At a certain time in the prehistoric past, one third of these gods, or angels, if you prefer, rebelled against the Supreme God (Satan, and his demonic angels). Consequently, all gods, or angels are devoted to serve either the Supreme God, or Satan. So no, I don't think Allah, and Yahweh are the same God.

Thanks For Your Question :)

Well The word "Allah" is an Arabic word and it is commonly used in the Arabic region by Christians and in the Arabic translation of the Bible the word "Allah" Is commonly used, so as you see as a word it is the same but in different language (Arabic)

While the difference between the Christians and Muslims is about the nature of God because us Muslims believe that God is One and only One, has no partners or sons plus the believe that Jesus peace be upon him is his messenger not God or His son which perfectly matches the bible since there is not one single statement said by Jesus peace be upon him to refer that he is God in fact he always says "My Father is greater than I " "I by myself can do nothing " "My Father who sent me " ...etc.

Yes, Christians, Jews, and Muslims all believe in the same God. Unlike Jews and Muslims, Chrisians also believe that Christ is the son of God. Muslims believe that Christ was a prophet like Mohammed, but not the son of God.

I believe that God wants people to be Christian, or Jewish, or Muslim, or Buddhist, or Hindu, or to follow whatever tradition brings them closer to God.

In Exodus 6:3, God says "I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as almighty God, but I did not make myself known to them by my holy name, the Lord"

So if God appears to different people under different names, he could appear to people as Allah, or as Christ, or as Buddha, and it would still be the same God.
