A company call Med Gen came out with this new revolutionary product. I am not affiliated with them or their products. But if the active ingredient comes from Africa and been around for years, why now has it been introduced in such an easy form?

Also, just to show a perspective, when scenes of Africa are shown on TV, men are never shown to be overweight. The women have their appearance of roundness, but that is not to say they are overweight. This plant is said to used by African people when traveling long distances on foot.

Americans walk one block to Mcdonald's or Burger King and are hungry. We are bombarded by food stimuli everywhere we go. If this product introduces similar products by competitors, will this be the new wave to lose weight on a psychological level?

I know the plant you're talking about. However, i dont think that it should be on sale to the general public, if it does what it says. Yes, maybe for people who have weight problems it would be beneficial along with necessary exercise. HOwever, what about those people who are anorexic? I believe there ought to be a restriction, or a schedule level to this even though it is "natural".

PS: it was used by the Koi San of the Kalahari, in South Africa.
