it can get hot but just use a fan and u hardly fell the heat.
when u go tanning u can use differnt beds based on hot hot the bulbs are going to be. You will find beds call 200's, 450's, 500's, 600's. The hotter it is the easier it is to be burned or get the darker tan because u will be exposing more UV Rays to your body.
when u go tanning be sure to wear eyewear and a lotion and it can really protect your skin, help you get a darker tan faster, and keep you from going blind i believe. Tanning is great as long as it's done responsibly

Not hot at all. Some seem to be used more and therfor on more than others and they are warmer, but most sallon have fans that you can turn on to blow over you through the tanning bed. Best wishes
