um losin 11 pounds in a week is bad the most i lost is 5 but i was on diet pills( given by my doctor) the average is 1-2 lbs. even tho it takes longer, losin a little weight at a time is not only safer but the chances of keeping it of is larger too, so if u want long term affect do it slowly

that's really really fast. be careful. I lost a lot by cutting out all junk food and exercising but not that fast....
yes, as boobs are fat ...that is a possibility.
drink and ton of water to make yourself feel full
-cut out ALL junk food!
-excersize more
-cut down on portion size (1/2 sanwich insted of a whole, eat the other half later)
Common sense stuff helps a LOT. I lost 7 lbs in a week.

if you lose a lot of weight, your breasts probably would get smaller. Your body cant choose where it wants to lose fat. and because breasts are fat, you will probably lose some of it too, but not too much. I heard you could also work on your pec muscles to make them look perkier.

nutrition regimen pills are oftentimes dumb and risky, somewhat those that declare to "improve metabolism" - there is only no telling how the guy will react to those issues. i attempted them and grew to alter into suicidal and in all probability fairly psychotic. you probable can not lose 11 pounds that immediately. in case you do, you will probable benefit it rapidly back. in case you certainly need to objective, only consume a lifelike nutrition regimen (no longer some stupid crash style nutrition regimen) and exercising as much as you may.

That sounds horrendous. You should lose that in like...a month.
