pka is the negative logarithm of the ka of an acid. ka means the dissociation constant. it is a quantity which shows hw much the acid is capable of getting dissociated and releasing protons. higher the ka, stronger is the acid.
conversely, lower the pka , stronger the acid.
i think the relation- ph=pka+pkb
should suffice
