Okay so I like this guy, And i want to be more then friends lately we have been kicks and I found out he thinks i'm a tease and that i dont do anything with him but why does he expect me to make all the moves I wish i could but I'm too shy and sometimes we get close to having sex but i dont want to have sex and he gets that but why does he call me a tease when i really just want to be with him how do i make moves when i'm super shy???

I may not be a guy... but.. he may call you a tease bc you won't give it up but you make him extremely...lets say "excited". Some guys really like teases, so don't take it insulting...and i kno it is a bit scary at first to make a move..but i swear that he will love it! its okay to play the shy role once and a while... but go for it! be the first to initiate something! the risk will pay off... promise

If you're looking for people to give you permission to "make all the moves" and have sex, I'm sure you'll find it in one of the posts. I bet you'll even be mock-surprised when you hear so many people suggest you make sure he wears a condom... especailly since we all know that will make everything socially acceptable. (rolling eyes)
By asking this question, you are admitting that you aren't willing to accept the responsibility of your actions when you really want to do what you know you shouldn't. The reason this is driving your boyfriend crazy is because a mark of insanity is to engage in a behavior and not expect any long-term effect.
If you are looking for a responsible way to handle a situation where you are leading a boy on, and have no intention of having a committed monogamous (that means only you and him for rest of your lives) relationship, then i suggest you discuss your situation with someone you trust who is at least 10 years older than you.
Otherwise, you are dangerously close to writing a check that your emotional and physical maturity is unable to cash at this time........

Let's be clear, if your bf has gotten an erection due to various stimulation you have provided and you stop, then you are a tease.
You need to assess why are you provoking these feelings and then stopping. Is it shyness about your body?
In any case, you shouldn't go further than you want to go but don't send signals that you might go there and then put the brakes on. It gets very frustrating.
There are lot's of things you can do before having sex as you put it. Be comfortable in what ever you do and make sure he is wearing a condom.

I'm willing to be that you're high-school aged. Boys that age have trouble thinking with anything but their hormones. How do I know? I remember being that age and saying those same things. I'm not saying he doesn't care for you... I'm just saying that he also has strong urges that he finds difficult to control. All those urges are telling him one thing: Get in her pants.
The best answer? Talk to him. Tell him how you feel. Say the exact same things you've said here. That you like him, you want to fool around with him, but you're shy about initiating things and you don't want to have sex just yet. Communication will solve all of these problems.
