Buy the book "The Rules" and read it. It is never alright for the woman to be the pursuer. Man was created to be the hunter. Let him hunt for you!
The meal is in inappropriate to be cooking food for him until HE has invited you out several times. This would be like chasing him. Women that chase men end up with commitment phobic men. Is that what you want?

Exactly what does one thing have to do with another? If he hasn't called... your cooking abilities or lack of them has probably preceeded you!!
