I'm currently working as a hotelier..I went to a conference last week about Full subsidise Diploma in Management Course. It major in Hotel Industry.Seems interesting e most important thing is that there is no catch at all. If I take up this course, fees will be fully paid for, we will be sent to companies for on job training. It is like learn as you earn thingy.

The prob is I have to quit my job to take up this course. (Which is pretty obvious) .I am scared if what if I can't find a job straight after the Diploma. I would like to study though. Some of my friends said don't waste my time to go and study again since I've gt a secured job.

I really dunno what to do at the moment..btw I'm not too happy at my current Job now. The job is ok but not the people.

Go, what have you got to lose. If they set you up with another job - earn as you learn. You might end up with a better job - more pay good luck

Check on hotjobs and monster.com to see what's around. That will help you decide. Why not try to line up a job for when you graduate, so you have one waiting?
