"severe brain damage?"" i want this for my girlfriend who is going through excuiating pain and wants copies of the answers....so please just your honest answers....you know the guilt she has to deal with by putting him in a home...

due to the medical condition. it would be a divorce. annulments are used right away when a mistake was made. you can't use differances as it has to be by two not one. what happened to the vows of through sickness and health? many people say it, but if the other winds up in bad condition, they dump them as there never was any love. reeves wife stood by him as many others do. some can understand and think its cool to have someone while they are still married. boyfriend or girlfriend. look at the shivo case in our town. she was in a car accident. brain dead basically. her husband moves in with his girlfriend and pulled the plug. many brain damaged people have come back to a degree and some totally learned it all over. since a person is legally considered brain damage, anyway you want to fill it wouldn't make to much of a differance as both are parties to the action. since one cannot act then the judge would decide the route to take. some judges can refuse a divorce based on the fact the other cannot be a part of the action and will remain married until death. as in the shivo case.

I don't think it would make any significant difference.
It is the separation the will cause the pain, not the way it is done.
