Looks are the initial attraction. If there is no decent personality to come with it, then it's only eye candy or a toy.
On a similar note, if a woman is not initially attracted to a guy, his persistence sometimes gets the affection. It can work with guys too.
No its not all that counts. But guys are also stupid that way. It's hard wired into our systems. It's caveman like. Guys are so visual its a weakness.
Don't give up. The older we get, the more balanced we become : )

I have dated super hot chicks that had no personality, only one date each though. The looks are the first thing I see, but after a date if there is nothing more than the looks to keep my attention, then it will be the last date for them. I've also dated plane Janes and loved their personality, so they got more than one date. I don't date ugly chicks or fat chicks because I can't bring myself to approach them. I may be missing out on a great personalty by doing this, but I'm sure there is a guy out there who will find them attractive, so they aren't missing out on anything.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! Not everybody thinks that the same thing looks good. If you go for the outside beauty your not necessarily going to get somebody that is beautiful on the inside. I have seen really homely men with beautiful women and very handsome men with women that are homely (to me). Some body else may perceive it differently if they saw the same couples.

Let me say I seen girls and thought oh they are very pretty and when you see their true colors show the ugly personality and they talk mean to the guy and other people man they look ugly that goes for guys too you think he is gorgeous and when you see the real him with an ugly personality man that is a turn off.

Hell no!! A chick can have the best looks, but if she's a ***** or whatnot then she might as well be ugly. Personality can make a hot girl ugly or an ugly girl hot. But that's not to say that looks count for nothing.

Well trust me, for most guys it is. I'm not gona say that it doesn't for me because it wouldn't be true, but for me is not all that count, if she happen to have a good look then way much better, but if not, I will still like her. And even if it comes the pretties girl in the word, I still love her.

Good looks are really nice but that doesn't mean you can't have fun with a not so good looking girl. A nice attitude and personality can sometimes convince a guy to be with you.

Hardly. The best compliments I get are when guys tell me I have a personality and I'm not just some ditzy hot blonde. Men are not that shallow, by far.

It's a well known fact that women get into relationships because of how they feel around a man, guys get into relationships cause they are visual people therefore beauty in one form or another is what captivates them. I thought everyone knew that by now.
