I dont want to go to the hospital. Will I just vomit it up?

But I dont want the hospital to know I overdosed..... what can I do?

Paracetamol is about the worst thing you can overdose on. Generally you won't feel too bad, you wil probably get a bit sick, for a day or two, but then it starts to shut your liver and kidneys down...by which time it may be impossible to reverse the damage.
Check the link in the source files for further info, but if you are serious, you do need to go to the ER.
Edit:- If you did overdose then you have to go to the hospital...worrying about who knows should be the least of your worries right now. Go!

I'm pretty sure normal dosage would be 1 or 2 pills every 4 hours - I'd have to say you took more than you should have. Call a friend now for help! Do it! Now!

12 wont harm u.it' something over 24,then the damage is done within a few days.like liver damage.why the hell did u do it for in the first place?

Sorry but whenever you overdose the prescribed amount you not only risk death but damage to your organs call 911 ASAP.

No You need to go have your stomach pumped. It sucks they give you this nasty charcoal stuff but it is better than being dead

Yes its dangerous you can die call 911 right now and you need to get help if your takeing that many pills at one time!!!!!!!!!!
