Yes she should have been charged with extortion and false accusations! Michael never did anything to her child or anyone else's, she just wanted to make a few bucks!
If anyone really molested my child I would not sue for money I would kill him!!!

i think that all the parents of the children who were allowed to spend the night at Michael Jacksons house should have there children taken away. Not for a million dollars would i let my kids stay there. And the mom let her son go back after the first time she pressed charges. Almost like she was doing it so she cuold get some money out of it.

That woman is a poor excuse for a mother. Come on now! Send your child to go hang out with Micheal Jackson??? Might as well have sold him into child ****.

I think that she should have been charged too. Only because she needed the money and that's the only way she knew how to get it, was by sending her son their and then saying he messed with him. I'm sorry but if someone hurts my kids in anyway the judge would have to lock me up because I would hurt someone. I wouldn't care how rich they are. You couldn't and wouldn't stop me, so it would be worth spending the rest of my life in jail.

"I think that you are bringing up a very good point! "Culpability". Who is responsible? Our society has caused the lines and boundaries of "right" and "wrong" to be blurred for a long time!
Women like that child's mother should not be allowed to have children. She fully exploited her child for monetary gains! But look at "poor" Gypsy Rose Lee.

I think she should be brought up anyways. Any mother who would put their kid through that kind of an ordeal has issues of her own. First of all, whether guilty or not, he had been accused before... I would never, no matter how famous, rich or nice... I would never put my child in that kind of a situation.

Good question, Yea I think charges should have been against her also. What parent in their right mind who to send their child around a grown man to play and she already know what his reputation is.

If she TRULY thought her kids were in danger, then yeah -- she should bear some liability. Hopefully, she wouldn't have put them in danger purposefully.
