its like hello in english. but its konichiwa in japanese. and if your name is connie, than its a nickname. haha =]

♡You've alreday got some good answers. 'Konnichiwa is a Japanese greeting. 'Konnichiwa' is used to say 'Hello' (good day) between about 11 am and just before evening here in Japan, also to say 'Good afternoon'. It translates to 'this day'. Just in case you want a reference, check here:
