Well thanks to our Conservative government the force is expanding and getting $17.1 billion in upgrades. I think the goal is to raise it to 100,000 personal and more than double our current budget of $13 billion dollars a year to $30-35 billion by the year 2012.

I worked with the CF in Europe and at Base Borden in Ontario. They told me that they try to keep a large pool of trained and ready NCO's on board. That way they can swell up the enlisted ranks quickly if needed and have competent leaders. So they may seem smaller and less prepared than they really are.

About the size of....wait it doesn't matter they never fight and who would want to fight them when my country is on the border....if any one attacks them then we would be nervous that the person would attack U.S. so we would help them fight.....why do you think Mexico has never been attacked it would take 20 kids with BB guns to take over that country, but no one does because US is right there!!!1
