I'm 13 and I have I take Adderal XR (or something like that) and when I'm hyper people at school ask me "Have you taken your pill?!?!" or " Take your pill!!!" Last time a boy asked me I punched him and almost broke his nose! I thought it felt good to do that someone who asked that. I won't do it again i hope but what should I do if someone ask me?!?!?!?!? It really hurts my feelings badly!

Well, perhaps there is a solution. I don't know where you live and if you have the possibility to travel to LA and spend 100 Dollars.

If yes: Go for a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The self-healing power of the body and mind is boosted in an amazing way, and there is a really good chance of getting rid of the symptoms.

I have experienced the treatment myself for other symptoms - with great success!

Hopefully you can take the chance and experience your new life quickly. :-)

I am 47...and I have ADHD. (I'm on "Straterra"). It's not anyones business if you have it or not, or what med you take. It's hard to keep out of "fights" (I still get into them at my age sometimes >.>) you got to try to ignore it, but know, for some reason, people with Add/Adhd seem to be among the most creative people I know(I have found a few artists and musicians online who have it). Just do the best you can, and remember, you don't have a problem....they do, and if they keep messing with you, report them, and know this...ocassionally (don't do it often, or it won't work, just do it, when you feel you need to) it is "ok" to"act out". it's a part of(what "they" call) the illness.

There is no shame in having ADHD or taking medication for it. Perhaps the key here is "Why are people asking you to take your medication?". Odds are they ask this because you are acting in an inappropriate manner for the current situation. Instead of getting angry, self-evaluate. ADHD isn't going to go away because you take a pill. It will only get better if you choose to change your behaviors.

Try a sarcastic comeback, violence is frowned upon, although, between you and me - you did good! He deserved it, it was a very rude and insensitive thing to say. I bet it hurt more than a punch in the nose.
