Since UPS has started delivering packages for the US Postal service on saturdays, does that mean we can send a

You must be confused. USPS Letter Carriers deliver on Saturdays as a regular business day. UPS has no such policy. USPS does deliver packages in bad areas, such as Newark, NJ, for UPS, not the other way around. USPS also delivers parcels for Fedex that they can't handle.

The WTS org will charge the PO n the PO will pay for the transport... there is not any unfastened lunch with the Jw. The WTS org will pocket the money and the undesirable member can not be paid whilst dispensing the flyers. while you're a member, will you do this and declare time on your FSR. LOL
