depends on the law where you live

Depends on the Laws in PA regarding "Age Of Consent" most states it's 18.. but a few are still 16.

Either way it's Just a bad idea,, 16 year old girls are just to young to make good decisions about sex and what not,, they also have a tendancy to change their minds,, what was concentual one day might be a cry of rape the next day..
Tell your "FRIEND" to get a girl his own age..

The Age of Consent in PA is 16; apparently they are not breaking the law.

Definitely, both legally and by the girls family if they find him. He can be charged with contributing to a minor at least and could possibly have other charges filed against him. If you are a friend, you need to turn this guy into the local police dept. as her family may be looking for her, and before something else happens.

yes, i'm pretty sure that 7 years older than a minor is enough of a difference for her parents to call it statutory if he sleeps with her. But if they're happy and ok with the relationship most people might turn their head since she's of the age to consent.

If they have sex HE can get into alot of trouble...jail time. Even if it's consentual sex. He can be arrested for statutory rape. The state can bring charges against him whether the girl or her family does or not.

If by "with" you mean having sexual relations of any kind, then yes, you bet you might see some prison time.
