If you are lucky enough to know girls that you can trust. Ask them what is wrong about you and don't take it personally as to what they may reveal about your self. Base on what those girls say about you, take steps to change your image around. The way you dress and carry your self say a lot about you.
Talk to a a lot of girls that talk to you so as to get a rhythm in speaking to girls, so that when you meet some one you like and she is showing interest in you. You will not come out to her as some one that is needy for a ( Girl Friend ) or weird in your speech.
Even girls that like you don't want any one that is needy for their time and attention

try to go out ur comfort level and just talk about things that girls like in boys b sensitive and nice and smile.
