Im going to mexico. what items should i take. thanks. top answer is 10ptz

1. Clothes *duh*
2. Shoes..Flip flops..sneakers....any
3. Hats...Or like things to keep u out of direct sun
4. Lots And Lots of sunscreen
5. Bathing Suits..morethen one so like if u spill or get sand in 1
6.Something to do on the plane if ur flying, or in the car..like a book, magazine, portable DvD player..anything to keep u acompanied
7. If you have anypets maybe bring a picture of them so you dont miss them to much, thats what i did.
8. If you go to the beach bring bunch of towels, beach chair.. and dont forget the umbrella.. most important part lol
9.If ur going to stay for awhile, or be in car/airplane for awhile bring some snacks so you dong have to buy all this food all the time.
10. MONEY!!!
11. If u go in the water.. maybe some goggles..snorkle.. bugiee board thing.. or surfboard if u can surf..not me :-P lol
12.Cell phones.. or walkie talkies so u can keep in touch with other ppl you go with if you get seperated.
13. Stationary if you plan to write letters to anyone...*and pens/pencils*
14. Cards is a fun thing to have.. u can do alot with a stack of cards.
15. Different games to play with your friends if u bring friends.
16. If theres children dont forget sumthin for them also
17. Pillows and blankets if your staying in a rent a house thing.... Now and then they dont come with pillows and blankets..ours didnt.
18. If any teens come u could bring along like a ps2 or xbox.. or sumtin so it can keep them busy.
19. Ipod.. Mp3 player...anything to keep you busy and happy
20.All your bathroom suplies...Bath towels..toothbrushes.. hair brush shampoo, conditioner, Combs, hairspray, moose, contact cases... contact stuff....glasses cases...nail polish, nail remober.. Shaving stuff....

Hey, Im from Mexico, anyways. Some important things to take to Mexico is a camera to take pictures of all the natural views there are. Also, take with you lots of water if you dont plan to stop to buy some.

Money is very important, the roads in Mexico are maintain very well, for sure there will be little tents that will charge you money to be able to continue.

I just got back. I wouldn't take anything more than a couple pair of shorts, shirts, undies, and personal hygene items. Sunscreen is imperative. I would also take a few more books than I took to read around the pool. Newspapers were just too expensive.

Insulated mugs
soft cooler
extra wash cloths
lots of immodium, pepto bismol, and other tummy ailment fixers
scented candles for room
pesos - maybe some $1 american bills
waterproof holder for keys and $$ (goes around neck)
plug adapters (if not provided by resort or hotel)
most important - our own snorkelling equipment!

aside from the obvious like clothes, passport,etc. A spanish dictionary even if you study the language for years its still possible to run into words you won't know. maps and info of the places your traveling to or through. A cell or phone card for emergencies and pepto bismal for the water.

Sunblock!, at least 2 cute bikinis/swimsuits, hat, sunglasses, makeup, MONEY!!, PASSPORT!!, sandals, hair products (curling, blowdrying)...clothes of course!! AND A CAMERA WITH LOTS OF FILM =D HAVE FUN =)

i would take light close cause it hot there i here, maybe an light jet-it. tooth brush tooth, shampoo conditioner, i pack soap i don't like using hotel soap. make sore u put shampoo and conditioner in and zip block bag and Ur tooth paste in one too soap as well.
