I just had a huge cup of coffee...filled with almond flavored milk...and I feel ONE WITH THE UNIVERSE ! If I had a frigging corvette I would be dangerous right now ! Why do i want to run 3 miles backward right now ? Whewwwwwww !!!!!! Cappachino rockin baby! I want to go down to Starbucks and ask them all to friggin' marry me ! Any advice...Ill be doing 5000 sit ups while you send me any additional advice.

Just try to maintain balance in your live. All those peak moments need to be balanced with quiet time, introspection, meditation and relaxation. That way, the intense time are all the more meaningful.
