Um, okay, look, that's sexual abuse and it is against the law. Phone the police if you have to because that is just wrong! Don't let him do that to you, and I am absolutely disgusted that no one believes you because "Oohh, he's such a good little boy!" Tell the police. This guys a creep. Personally, I think you're being too polite about it. This kid would've lost his head if he did that to me!

Keep your distance from him, and if that fails and he tries it again, use the base of your palm and hit him as hard as you can in the nose with it. I guarantee you that a broken nose will stop anymore sexual advances from him. Normally, I do not condone violence, but if it comes down to that or getting raped, I say hit him with everything you've got! As for no one believing you---keep telling people! Do NOT give up!
