my daughter will be off-campus this year, do i still get money for apartment from loan ( sallie mae)?

dont know why you wouldnt, my friends daughters both get it, and they havent lived on campus since the second term of their freshman years

I don't think this is possible. Loans through Sallie Mae are paid directly to the school for on campus living expenses and tuition. Unless they have changed - I do not think they will release funds directly to the parent for other expenses. Your best bet is to check with them at www.salliemae.com.
