I would believe in god if he appeared, and he wouldn't have to punch me in the head. Since he has never appeared, I don't believe in him.

It's really not that difficult. No evidence, no belief. Right there with the Easter Bunny.

Guess I would but would I know it was God or some crazy bloke? I'm an agnostic and it is hard to believe in something can't see or hear although sometimes get a feeling like maybe God is there and even feel better after praying but dunno if that's coz I'm just letting out my emotions, talking and feel better after wards. But why is it wrong to ask for some evidence that God exists? It's hard to be expected to believe when u don't really see evidence that there is a God. I feel unsure whether God exists or not.

no i wouldnt believe because it was probably some ignorant psychopath who hit me in the head not god. I dont believe in chrisitanity or organized religion because the behaviours are cult like and there is a system of brainwashing that promotes prejudice and world hatred. Lets save our fellow mankind and fell the presence of the higher power in our lives rather than take the world of insignificant men who think that we are too ignorant to commune with the higher power. Everyone can do it. Just most people are too afraid to or brainwashed enough to believe only jesus can do it and the bible is the word of god, but it is nothing more than a series of myths shared for generations before a corrupt set of men wrote down thier favorite myths that often contradict themselves

If He hit me in the head again I'd say, "Dad!! What did I do this time?" Paul gives us a test to see if a spirit is speaking the truth. None can say 'Jesus is Lord' except by the spirit and none can curse Jesus if they are in the spirit. So we don't ask for a miracle, we watch what they say and determine if they are really speaking for God. If God wants you to know it is Him I think you will know. God smacks kinda wake you up.

Actually, miracles make it much harder to believe, especially if you're not there. And even if you are, then applause is appropriate for Mr. David Copperfield ;) Many things can appear to be impossibly miraculous, but they are the result of great skill and practice in the art of illusion.

Now if God has to punch me in the head, he's not much of a God, is he? I'd tell him to kindly pick on someone his own size....

The question I might have for God would be as follows:
God why is it that the majority of the folks that post questions
on Yahoo not only don't know how to spell, they also apparently
have trouble reading the little item at the upper right of the
text box that reads "Check Spelling"

Punching someone in the head isn't proof of anything other than that they can punch. Claiming to be God isn't proof that someone is God. Belief in God is more than just believing random claims or actions. It's based on knowing him.

God and I have a third-party relationship. I question his motives and existence, and he does the same to me. Therefore, no, I'd probably know him on sight. Wouldn't change much. If he was anything like I think God should be, my religion and point of view wouldn't bother him so long as I was a good person.

God is Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth. God would never punch me....He would hug me and tell me He loves me. If He said He was new in these parts...I wouldn't believe that--He made the world and everything in it therefore, He would know where He was located. Why am I even answering this dumb question!!!!!

Just another half baked pseudo logical question that really makes no sense.

I'd ask him why he's out punching people instead of helping the sick and dying, the hungry and the abused.

I'd tell him he's a dick for not helping.

Then I' d kick him right in the nuts.

If I'm in his image he's got to have nuts right?
