The only forbidden fruit was from the tree of Knowledge of good and evil in the Garden of Eden. Meat sacrificed to idols was also forbidden to the Jews. But later the Apostle Paul wrote that he was convinced by Jesus that nothing was unclean in and of itself
but if someone considered a thing unclean then to that person it is unclean.* Also later he wrote that if while at a meal someone told you that something was sacrificed to Idols not to partake of it gor the sake of the one who tells you,** and for clarification he then says "Therefore whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.*** in short neither fruit nor meat sacrificed to Idols is now forbidden to those who are set at liberty by Christ Jesus.

There was only one fruit that was forbidden as a test of loyalty to God and that came from only one tree. There were conditions that had to be met to eat the meat that was sacrificed to idols. Not just any of it was ok to indulge in.

The bible actually makes that clear:

Hebrews 9:21-23

21Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry.

22And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

23It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these

With out the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin that is why God came down in physical for to finish of sacrifices by being to altimate sacrifice.
