Concerning anal "sex" : would you take your right index finger and push it into a bag of human feces? Why do the same thing with your penis?
The last time someone push his finger in my anus was when I went for a prostate exam for possible early development of prostate cancer. I didn't like it but I have to go through that again after three year.
I cannot recall the Bible saying anything about this as it relates to a man having anal "sex" with his wife but it does mention the natural use of body parts, and anal "sex" is not a natural use. However, it is specific as to anal "sex" were two men are involved: it is a sin.
And yes, it is a sin to have too much sex even in marriage.

If you are married, you can have sex as often as you wish with your wife. Sodomy is forbidden.

its called "sodomy", cant really find anything about it being a sin, but i know it is illegal in a lot of places
