The language on this Jesus! Calling people hypocrites because they can tell when rain is coming but they can "not discern this time"

Guess he was mad that everyone wasn't already bowing when he got there.....I once knew a crazy street bum who was like that.....he also thought he could move airplanes with his mind. Wouldn't have been surprised if he had started going off about walking on water either.

"This time" refers to the coming of the age when God walks on the Earth among man....aka Jesus is here.
The people look to the heavens for signs of today, but missed all the signs of Jesus. They call themselves experts, but miss the most obvious.
Oh, and if Jesus calls someone a hypocrite, I am inclined to agree...even if it is me. My next question, if the latter is true, is to ask Jesus how I can change.

They were well-educated and had people thinking they were all that, but though they claimed to know God and his will, they didn't even recognize him when he showed up in person.
