and work a stick in and out of the hole in the center of the cushion and pull the stick in and out quicker and quicker until some tree sap came out of the end of the stick into marys cushion? This is a sincere attempt to know jesus and have him come into my life.

Given that given an infinite amount of time, anything that can happen, will happen,
and given that Jesus is (allegedly) the son of God,
and given that by virtue of being the alleged son of God he would, by Hebrew definition, be infinite,
We can be certain that if he didn't get around to it during his 33 years of his temporal life on earth, or during his last 2000 metaphysical ones, he necessarily must, at some point in the future.
So take solace my friend, and continue on your spiritual sojourn with confidence.
Or, go find a cushion for yourself.
