We have a drink that is very good everytime we make it people ask what's in it and can they have another. It is an alcholic beverage and we would either like to sell the recipe or have it bottled. As of now we are getting ready to do some taste testings at local taverns. If the drink takes off as well as we expect we do not know what to do next. Can someone help us? Thank you

Contact a bottling company in your area, and have a laboratory check for shelf life. The bottling company will have a referral for a lab.

is it some thing you make from scratch or is it a mixed drink which you are just combining other already existing products to achieve the end result? this would may all the difference has how to proceed
if its some thing you actually manufacture by either fermentation or is it something you distill. either way if this is the case then you or who ever needs to =have a federal and state producers License. if it just something you mix up then approach the manufacture of the main ingredient they will some times buy recipes for their products.

Maybe contact a small brewery for advice, or try the Cleveland Organization of Smaller Enterprises for advice: www.cose.org.
