I have to assume you are asking this with the thought that drunk people don't register pain like sober people.
Alchol effects different people different ways.
From my own observations of fights drunk people still fight back after a hit to the schnoz. Although I have seen some people that were KO'd after a solid hit to the nose also.
You phrased the questions "would you", and I would fight back. I am the type that does not feel anything until the next day when I am drunk.

If I was drunk I would be smart enought to not get into a fight due to the slowing reflexes. But if hit...of course I would fight back
