She will nest. As in dig a comfy spot for her babies. Alot of panting, and you can also take her temperature. A normal dog is above 100, but when puppies are coming the temp drops to normally under 99.

Why don't you do a web search and find out??? There are many ggod sites on canine reproduction. If you let a dog have a litter, YOU need to be informed on what to expect. Do some research!!!!!!!!

mother will start scratching out a spot...usually secluded, somewhere she feels safe. She will also get restless prior to active labor. Be Blessed!

You might see contractions, which look like small twitches that ripple around her back legs. Good luck with the babies, they're always a handful!

Well, being tired all the time and yipping sometimes. Most of the time they just lay down and sleep.
