I've heard of people having a lot of fun loading cellphone pictures on certain websites. Which sites are they?

It would be interesting to find out about this whole process. On which websites can you download your own pictures? Would these be only cellphone pics? What's the quality of the pics? Surely the quality of cellphone pics must be very poor. Can one download pics from digital cameras (and ordinary film cameras) too? Is there a lot to learn before you can put a cellphone pic on a website?
