if its a kitten it can't have come from far away. check around the neighbourhood and make sure she's not gotten lost from anywhere. if you want to make sure it goes to a good home, it sound like you could give her a good home yourself, you obviously care. if not you could advertise in your vets, and check anyone who applies out with your vet (make sure they are happy to do this first). Otherwise some one like the RSPCA or the Cats Protection League (uk) will rehome her and check the home out thoroughly. Kittens are easy for them to rehome as everyone wants babies so she won't have any problems finding someone to love her.
you sound like you'd be a nice momma though. Keep her.

hon I would suggest you talk to your parents about this. Maybe you can put a sign up that you found a kitten and are looking for a good home for it. It is very good that you want to make sure the kitten is taken care of. I would do the same thing. Tell your parents how you feel about this issue. who knows maybe they will let you keep it. I hope this helps take care and God bless bye

Put an add in the newspaper. be sure to talk with potential owners carefully. Make sure they have enough knowledge of kittens to be successful owners. People who are really interested, and can give the kitten the best care will ask a lot of questions.
It could be a lost pet. Try putting up 'lost kitten' posters to see if someone could have lost him.

if it is a kitten i'm sure someone will take it home right away from the pound. i live in detroit, and our human societies here make you fill out an adoption form and they check it and approve you. also it costs 75 dollars to adopt any pet.
so what i'm getting at is i'm sure if anyone gets approved and then pays that much for a kitten i'm sure they will love it forever! don't worry.

Post a notice at any local veterinarian's offices in your area. Many people go to the vet to have their elderly or sick cats euthanized and are looking for more available cats who need a loving home.

he's going to desire a vet appointment quicker or later, and quicker is probable greater effective than later whilst it is composed of stray kittens. If there is something incorrect it is going to be lots greater much less costly to have it taken care of in the previous his subject deteriorates. Vets quite are not that costly for the elementary verify-united statesand photos (probable no greater advantageous than $50-70), and an excellent style of clinics grant unfastened "new puppy" exams to attraction to new customers. Like I suggested, greater effective to take him in and function him examined and vaccinated in the previous issues arise! stay a techniques removed from over the counter dewormers and flea meds. they are not basically ineffective yet additionally are many times risky, fairly for small, susceptible kittens like yours. i desire your "flea bath" consisted of no greater advantageous than some dish cleansing soap and heat water, flea shampoos are poisonous and can actual harm your kitty.

you can give it to the pound as they have agencies that adopt out pets. animal shelters are in every city and town. many will let you drop it off at the shelter and they adopt them out. you can call animal control to get the number.
