Try a hardware store during spring. Many birds and rabbits are sold around Easter. Also try a feed store like one of the other fellows said. Hey, you might even try a farm. Just make sure you talk with the owner about buying them first.

If you have any farms close to your home, that would be a good place to start. Farmers will often sell some of their young chickens. You could also check the paper, and see if you could find some chickens for sale there.
