i was on a hair care web site and they said that cocoa butter and or shea butter is good for the hair. It helps it grow. Is that true?

It will help if you have dry or damaged hair. If your hair is oily, it will make it worse. If the ends are damaged, you can just put it on the ends, and it will help.

well, I'm not sure if it will help it grow, but it many help take care of it, make it look better. I know Shea butter is great in lotions....I imagine it might help the hair in conditioning too...

Yeah its true. They are excellent for your hair especially now when the hair is dry cuz of the sun.

i dont think it will help it grow but i think it is good for your hair
