Insulin levels...?

Question

(i just asked a similar q but i wanna be clearer) I went for a fasting glucose and insulin test. My glucose was a little high but fine, but my doc. sai dthat my insulin was 33 and v. high like it should be 5, i wanna know what this means and if my doc is exagerating!
