banana, cream cheese, and brown sugar/cinnamon all on buttermilk. Don't forget the large glass of milk! At my college, we call this a gorilla choker as it comes with three pieces of bread.
I had a friend that ate peanut butter, cheese, and ham on a tortilla. That, I wouldn't try.

no bread a spoonful of peanut butter and sprinkle sugar on it and eat it off the spoon, I have thirteen grandkids and they all love to get a spoonful when they visit. The moms always yell at me but, oh well.

lettuce-it keeps the peanut butter from sticking to the roof of your mouth, but it doesn't change the yummy taste of the peanut butter.
