It depends on what you mean by "anti-Israel." If you are against the policies of the existing regime in Israel you could fit right in with many Israelis who also disagree with them - and obviously that's not anti-Semitism.
If you believe the state of Israel itself should not exist, then it will further depend on what you base it on.
I have heard a philosophical argument against the promulgation of ANY non-secular state. (Iran & Israel can be considered "non-secular" in the sense of allowing a single religion hegemony over its policies and even its definition of a citizen.)
But if what motivates you is the mere fact that Jews have power, or that they exercise it, then you might indeed be guilty of anti-semitism.
Your call.

Yes, but it becomes a matter of semantics at that point. I can see how you would be opposed to Israels (the country) choices in a world arena and still have favor for the Jewish people.
In a world view though, many countries are Anti-American because they hate the US Policies Abroad.

Yes. People who are anti-Israel are usually not anti-semitic but anti-western civilization, just like anti-Americans are usually anti-capitalism, anti-moral absolutes, anti-christian, and anything else associated with Western Civilization (I don't consider Europe a Western Civilization anymore...).

The answer is Yes. The person may be against the Israel government policies which does not mean that the person is against Judaism.

Yes, because no religion should EVER be allowed to have their own state, let alone nuclear weapons, it is possible to be anti-many states without hating the individuals living in these bandit states.

You can disagree with the actions of Israel's government without hating the people inside because they're Jews.

The same way you can be against the policies of the United States but not be un-patriotic. That of course unless Mr. Bush deems it so...since a lot of people think he is god, they would follow that line of thought.
