I understand that raptured flesh has a similar smell to roast pork and given the restrictions set down by God as recorded in the Bible pork was and is forbidden. With this in mind I'd have to think the Lord will be in a state upon the great BBQ to come. MMmmmm raptured pork, sounds like something fancy on the menu in the sky!

The Rapture is not The Second Coming of Christ. At the Rapture Jesus is in the air and the Church will be called to Him... The second coming is when Jesus establishes His kingdom on earth. If you wish to bait those of The Faith at least get some of the facts streight.

First of all no flesh is going to glory in the presence of God. 1 Corinthians 1:29. Jesus is coming for a pure and spotless Bride. He'll rapture a people who have obeyed his Gospel!
And being made perfect, He (Jesus) became the author of Salvation to all them that OBEY Him. Have you obeyed the Gospel?Hebrews 5:9

Lord God with capital letters please. At the moment of rapture those that are chosen will receive glorified bodies that will probably smell good to The Lord.Don`t worry about that.Just make sure you are saved. The rest will all be revealed in good time as God deems fit.

Hmm, I do not believe in the so-called rapture as it is explained by the evangelicals. Whatever smell you make unto the Lord,
that seems to be the kind of "insider's" reference that does nothing to attract a non-believer to your "wiseacreings". Anyway, it's not all about you now is it? It's about "Our Father who art..."
and it's about "God so loved the world that He...", now isn't it?
In some other question, we may debate the merits of your "rapture" theology, right now it's all about your odor, I'm afraid. Sincerely, UC Steve.

It's the prayers of the saints that make a pleasing smell to the Lord.
