We were never really 'in love', even after two years. But it does make me sad and it really crushed my confidence that SHE broke it off with ME.

Yeah man, it sucks. Welcome to adulthood. It sounds like this is your first big breakup, and it will be your most painful.

Take solace in the fact that it will never hurt this bad again, no matter how bad any future relationships turn out.

The best way to get your confidence back is to hit the gym first. Exercise a lot, you'll be in better shape, and you'll work out a lot of the frustration.

Don't call her.

Go out with your buddies for a while and reaffirm your friendships.

Finally, ask out any woman you want. Ask a lot of them out. The pain of any potential rejection you may face at this point is FAR less than the pain of being dumped. You're at a great time in your life my man, you are IMMUNE to rejection! Go ask out those hot little Bettys you have your eye on, I guarantee that 9 out of 10 will go out with you.

The best cure for a broken heart is the attention of the opposite sex. Go out on lots of dates, you have nothing to lose!

Why does her breaking up you crush your confidence? There are going to be times when people are going to reject you. The best thing to do is learn from her reason and work on it. If she didn't give a reason then perhaps you should take some time to figure out ONLY what you did to contribute to the end of your relationship. Work on that and build your confidence.

Time won't do it. Time will make you less confident and question everything you did. Time will keep new women out of your life and that would feed the lack of confidence.

if you didn' t love her, it shouldn' tbe hard to get over her. Just go out and have fun. Best way is to go hang with the guys for a bit. Go hit on some girls see what happens. Just have fun and don't worry about anything. You'll be fine

Just hang in there, go to places where there are lots of people, just be your self and smile allot, also helping people is good, like opening doors for ladies, in stores, on Bus, and so on, just be polite, some one will notice...Good luck
