Well you could try putting in the state and dental school after it. I bet you come up with something.

Well, what state do you live in? There aren't that many schools in the US, only about 55 or so. Big states like CA have 5 while many of the smaller states don't have any.

It'll be a good place to start since all schools use the AADSAS application form except U of TN, LSU, and the Medical College of Georgia.
