You're letting her call the shots, and you've pledged your heart to her. You're doomed to fail...sad but true. If you start doing EVERYTHING she wants you to do in order to keep her love, you'll lose it. It's retarded, I know, but it's a fact of life.

I would say the only thing you did wrong was listen to someone else tell you how to handle your relationship. Go with what you know and treat her the way you want to. Not what someone else said. everything was good until you took someones advice. Tell her what you did and why. And tell the adviser to not advise. You do what feels good and I believe she will accept you for that. I never get bored when a woman gets intense with me in any way. That just shows she wants the most out of our relationship.

You received some very bad advice the first time...and went against what you do naturally. She was into you and your affection of her...and then with no explanation, you suddenly withdrew it. It would confuse me, too. She probably wondered if she did something to offend you. Always go with your gut instincts. This is your relationship...and what takes place in it is up to you.

Every relationship will have its problem, but yours seemms simple... she really wants all that attention and if you're willing to give it to her, then do.. Don't listen to the people who told you to stop... if things were fine you should have just left it alone.
