Every previous answer hypocritically dodged the laughable doctrine of original sin. That's funny.

we're born with the ability to sin.. so essentially we're born sinners. however, there is an age of accountability (which i think varies based on the persons ability to reason) where the person realizes and can understand the difference between right and wrong. at that point they become accountable for the sins and wrongs they commit.

All humans are born in a state of original sin. We're all sinners from the moment we emerge from the womb.

there is no specific age, just a time when a person begins to realize the difference between right and wrong, called the age of accountability

I think I understand your question. The age at which you become completely responsible for your actions is 12. The bible states that untill that age most individuals do not fully grasp the risk of their decisions.

Not specifically, but the Bible says this in Psalm 51, that we were born in sin and shaped in iniquity, and that when we were in our mother's womb, we were conceived in sin.
Therefore, as soon as we came out of our mother's womb we were sinners, but that's why we need Jesus because he overcame and died for the sins of the world.

Legally its 18 for a female and 21 for a male. Spiritually its Bar Mitza for Jews, Confirmation for Christians, rites of passage for tribes, and ones first court conviction for everyone else.

All the children of mankind, although inheriting some desirable traits from their parents, also inherit some undesirable ones. And, without exception, all have been born sinful as a result of their original forefather’s losing his status with God through disobedience. The Bible tells us: “Through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned.”—Rom. 5:12.

Through sin, ‘missing the mark’ of God’s standard of perfection for him, falling short of the glory of God, which he should have reflected, Adam failed to pass on perfection to his children. So the entire human race was affected. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”—Rom. 3:23.

Thanks to God’s undeserved kindness, the ransom sacrifice of Christ can remove the sin in which one was born. The individual must, of course, be of an age to accept God’s provision for himself. But what of children not yet old enough to exercise such faith? They are not sinless. The psalmist David said: “Look! With error I was brought forth with birth pains, and in sin my mother conceived me.” (Ps. 51:5)
