You and your husband are equal partners in the marriage. Tell him what is going on and demand protection from his son, demand he get his son under control.

Give your husband an option--corrected and well-behaved son or face the wrath of your lawyer. I do not consul divorce and I do not consul leaving because that leaves you open to divorce by abandonment. You need to stop short of willfully distroying the marriage.

If nothing else, you can sue for a peace bond that guarantees financial punishment to your husband if his son continues to harrass you in your home. I don't see how that will bring peace to your home but it's the only first-step option I see. Your husband may repent of non-control of his son and return to loving you enough to get his son straightened out.

If not--it's up to you. I cannot advise divorce.

Are you the son?? If your an adult you should know to talk to your husband about his behavior. IF that doesn't work you may have to tie the boy up and throw him in the basement, Just joking :) Have a talk with the dad and then a family meeting. You might have to get counseling or call Dr. Phil.
