Natural, not that many options out there, and if you can't eat it, its not natural, you can try fresh lemon juice mixed with water(1:3 ratio), if you have blonde hair, and you're a brunette, try strong brewed tea(wait until is cools). Which ever you choose put it in your hair and go in the sun until the desired effect is achieved. And good luck.

No, lemon juice will not turn your hair orange. It also will not noticibly lighten it. It is a good rinse from time to time if you use a heavy conditioner. So is vinegar.
A very light shade of henna natural hair dye is probly the best for just lightening and highlighting medium hair....Get one at a natural foods store so you can be reasonably sure that there have been no chemicals added tot he formula.....
The nicest thing is that if you don't like the color, with henna it all washes out in three or four washings....
Good luck!

Drench your hair in lemon juice and go out in the sun for a few days i would say maybe a few hours or so, but while your out there, make sure to move your hair around so you get underneath and the sides and not just the top the UV rays and lemon juice have some kind of lightening process. i do this every summer to make mmy hair blonder because during the winter my hair gets a dirty blonde color.. i will go in the sn with lemon juice for about 2 hours a day for 7 days and my hair will be almost bleach blonde! it works wonderfully! good luck.. and.. hope i helped!

Lemon Juice is an acid, so it is liable to not only lighten your hair, but also damage it. There is no way of lightening the hair safely. Even hair colors cause damage. The most preferable one however, in my humble opinion, is Garnier Nutrisse Cream.

Okay, it WILL lighten with lemon juice but you can't just put lemon juice in your hair and walk outside, because then it will turn orange and brassy. All you have to do is after you take a shower or lightly wet your hair with water, pour lemon juice on it and then lay out in the sun for a while. Your hair will dry with the lemon juice in it, slightly bleaching it. AND DON'T USE SUN IN! Because if you use sun-in and like straighten your hair or style it a lot, or even decide to later dye your hair, it will all fall out. Trust me, you don't want that.

Chamomile is a natural flower that lightens brunette, especially blond nicely. Buying online is the most convenient, unless you know a store that will sell fresh herbs. Instructions on how to use chamomile can be found online. (I wouldn't know, I have black/brown in the light hair) Anyhow, since chamomile is mild, several applications are needed to achieve wanted color

You can lighten your hair simply by using camomile's flower pollen powder, sold in pharmacies or spice shops in the oriental markets. After boiling and cooling the pollen powder with water in the bowl, you just apply on your hair and stay under the sunny environment. You'll remark a lighter color on your hair after 1-2 days. For a reddish color, you should use henna to die your hair naturally. Please check with the merchant how to prepare henna for hair dying process.

Squeezing a lemon in your hair and sitting in the sun will bring out natural highlights in your hair. So depending on the color your hair turns when exposed to the sun....that's the color the lemon juice will help it turn more quickly. It won't be a dramatic change, but it will work.
