i am always the first to text him but he never texts me first
he doesnt greet me first in the office
he ignores me when im in the office
im 10 years older than him and i hold a higher positon in the office,
im a lawyer he is an engineer but we dont work in the same department
when i told him he looks nice clean shaven, he shaved
when i asked him to smile at me coz i didnt see him smile, he looked at me once intentionally and gave me that smile
when he said he would text me later, he forgets by telling me he fell asleep
when i text him and asked how he was he asks if im recovered from my fever already and asked if i drank medicines
when i asked him to text me when he gets home from drinking, he texted me and bid me sleepwell
when i asked how much for driving lessons he told me that he would just teach me to drive
he texted me take care once or twice
my officemate caught him smiling while reading my text to him

when i didnt text him for 2 days he texted me goodnight and wondered why i wasnt texting him. also when i bid him goodnight one time, he told me where he was without me asking...however, i deleted his number in my cel but until now he doesnt text me anymore. whenever he sees me in the office he intentionally doesnt look at me...could it be that he's not that into me? what should i do because i want to know if he likes me or not.

welcome to the world of engineers. they are all like that. ok, that's not fair. i should say the ones that i hv met are like that. I think he does care about you. when you tell him you like him in a certain way, he changes a little for you. that's a major sign. sorry, some of us are really introverts. we can't make excuses properly, can't lie properly. when the phone rings, we hope it's not for us. sometimes my friends(engineers too) send me messages, i won't reply. just because i think i have got the message already, why do i need to get back to you? i can't say he likes you romantically, gosh, but he does like you and care about you a lot.

sounds like he's a little jealous of you, also sounds like he's confused of what you think about him
try to ignore him for a couple of days he how he reacts..
