I only weigh 120 lbs, but I have a little bit of fat on my stomach and I desperatley wants abs or something because the rest of my body is fit, and it looks strange. I'm going to this beach for a week so I want to know if it is possible to lose it by then.

it's not weight you need lose, you need to turn fat into muscle. The best way for stomach is sit-ups and stomach crunches. Start with 10 morning and night and increase til you're doing 20. You''ll notice a difference in a matter of days

If you already work out pretty hard it's gonna be tough... you wouldn't have any water weight to lose.

If you don't work out... you will lose a great deal of water weight on the front end... that will help. But to be honest with you... trying to lose anything more than 3-4 pounds per week is not good for your body unless you like to be sick and want your hair to start falling out... you know... all the cool stuff that happens to the body when you try to deprive it from the stuff that makes it work.... FOOD.

You can not turn fat in to muscle no matter what ANYONE BELOW ME SAYS. You have to lose the fat layer and build muscle.

at least 1 kg... if more is dangerous to your body
if you lose more means that you don't lose fat but liquids, so, when you stop diet you regain everything!!!
