Install any anti-spyware software like windows defender, spybot S&D etc. & scan your compouter as soon as possible bcoz keylogger is very dangeoures for you....
goto www.spybot.net & download it, its free for all.

Ditto answers number one and two - but if its not showing in there you will need to find where it is on your PC (do a search) and then have a look for an uninstall file in that folder and use that. If not just delete it manually (not everything goes in the Add/Remove)

Start>>Control Pannel>>Add/Remove programs>> Click on the program and hit "delete" and go through the unstall process.
